「雙階段現金回贈」之條款及細則 :
1. 推廣期至 2023 年 12 月 31 日。
2. 貸款額及年期 : 物業貸款最少港幣一百萬元或以上 及貸款期為12期或以上。
3. 有效性 : 合資格客戶需於推廣期內提交按揭貸款申請，並於2024年1月底或之前提取貸款。
4. 合資格客戶 : 指客戶於申請日當天計過去12個月內在本公司沒有任何按揭貸款戶口。
5. 現金回贈: 分兩階段優惠直送，第一階段發放於首6期供款結束後30天，第二階段則於第12期供款後30天。每階段將獲得貸款額0.25%的現金回贈，最終回贈總額達貸款額0.5%，最高可享港幣5萬元現金回贈。
6. 符合條款 : 於每階段發放回贈前，如貸款戶口於每階段內涉及提早全數還款、部份還款、逾期還款，或任何違反按揭貸款合約列明之一切條款及細則等，現金回贈資格即被取消及撤回。
7. 保留權利 : 本公司保留決定此推廣合資格客戶之準則，並保留隨時暫停、更改或終止此推廣條款及細則之權利而不需另行通知。如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。
